project implementation, from initial concept through project completion;
gathered requirements, analyzed business requests, created specifications,
and allocated resources to ensure a timely and high-quality delivery. ¨ Led the design,
development, and release of a new web-based tool, including creating the
business specs for a new life insurance quote engine and User Interface. ¨ For existing life
and annuity quote tools, worked closely with developers to accommodate user
